We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the First Consortium Meeting of the Digital Inclusion through Cybersecurity and Ethical AI (DICE) project! Hosted in the historic city of Sofia, Bulgaria, this meeting marked the official start of our collaborative journey.
A Strong Transnational Partnership
Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, the project brings together a diverse and highly skilled consortium of partners from three European countries:

During the two-day meeting, all partners gathered to discuss the strategic roadmap, assign key responsibilities, and align our shared vision. The energy and commitment from all organizations were truly inspiring as we set the foundation for a successful transnational collaboration.
Our Objectives Ahead
Over the course of the project, the DICE consortium will focus on developing an accessible, state-of-the-art E-Learning platform. This platform will serve as the primary gateway for delivering specialized vocational training in:
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals: Teaching users how to safely navigate the digital world and protect their personal data.
- Ethical AI: Exploring the responsible and unbiased application of Artificial Intelligence methodologies.
- Digital Inclusion: Ensuring that all educational resources are built adhering strictly to modern accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
By bridging the digital divide, we intend to ensure that crucial e-learning resources are usable and inclusive for everyone, regardless of background or ability.
What’s Next?
In the coming weeks, our technical and educational teams will be laying the groundwork for the DICE E-Learning platform and finalizing our initial curriculum structure.
